An official copy of company records contains all (current and deleted) data and information in the Hungary company register, while a certificate of incorporation contains current data only; a company certificate is an official certificate of specific (current or deleted) data which has been requested from the Hungary company register, and attests to the fact that some specific entry or data is not or was not included in the Hungary company register.
You may request our office to obtain an up-to-date certificate of incorporation or an official copy of the company records. Non-certified documents can be obtained immediately and certified ones will be obtained within 1 or 2 business days. Non-certified or e-certified certificates of incorporation can be forwarded even electronically (e-mail).
The certificates of incorporation and company certificates of all registered companies are available at www.e-cegjegyzek.hu. However, the information so queried from the Hungary company register cannot be deemed as a certified document and does not always contain up-to-date information.
Documents containing company records may be reviewed and annotations may be made thereon by anyone at the court of registry. Certificates of incorporation, company certificates and official copies of company records are authentic documents.
